A Migration, Delivered Under Control
Bushey led the planning and controlled migration of a major Hong Kong regional Data Centre for a global insurer, coordinating procurement, discovery, technical design, fit-out, runbooks and staged migration execution.
The outcome was a successful transition of more than 1,700 servers into a new strategic facility, which senior leadership described as the best-run and most successful Data Centre migration they had experienced.
