How We Work in Practice
On a recent enterprise network transformation, Stage 02 surfaced a disagreement between the client’s security team and the vendor about acceptable downtime windows, the kind of disagreement that normally gets resolved informally, three weeks later, under pressure. Because Governance Lock requires that decision to be made and documented before Execution starts, it was resolved in a single 90-minute session, with the decision and its owner written into the governance charter. No one had to re-litigate it in week nine.
